To the right is the large kitchen area, with granite countertop & backsplash, double bay cast iron sink with disposal, gas range and oven, and GE profile dishwasher. The main countertop extends to form a dinette or bar area. Kitchen floor is newly installed Travertine tile, as well as new cabinet doors, and a new Kenmore stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker. and water dispenser. Recessed light fixtures are controlled by custom dimmer switches. Custom mini-blinds are throughout the apartment on all windows.

The Central AC/heat is two years old. A Trane Hi-efficiency unit with attic insultaion provides, according to the previous tenant average electric bills of about $125/mo. Gas is around $20/mo.
